Tasting Appointments

For the safety of our guests, ranch animals and employees; we require that if you are traveling with an animal, that it is kept safely at home or in your vehicle. We are unable to accommodate emotional support animals. Trained ADA compliant service animals are permitted at the winery for the tasting experience only.

Outside food is not permitted on the property.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you are subject to be charged the full tasting fee amount per person in the reservation.

We do not allow smoking of any type on our property. This includes all types of e-cigarettes and all current vaping devices. 

You must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

A person or persons who appear to show signs of intoxication while on premise will be refused service at Predecessor Estate. We are a zero tolerance facility for alcohol abuse and its effects on our guests and staff members.

Security & Privacy

Predecessor Estate uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access. Predecessor Estate promises not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information without your permission to any other company or association that is not part of the processing or shipping of your wine order.

Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Policy

Please be advised that all orders must be signed for by a person who is 21 years of age or older upon receipt. Please choose your shipping address accordingly. Shipping fees incurred to reship orders returned to sender due to failed signature and delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
